국어와 영어 어순

국어와 영어는 여러 가지 면에서 상이한 언어이다. 그러면 구문상으로 두 언어는 어떤 점에서 가장 큰 차이를 보일까? 두 언어의 구문상의 차이를 간략하게 살펴보자. 가장 큰 차이는 어순(word order)에서 나타난다. 어순은 낱말이 배열되어 의미를 형성하고 문장을 이루는 순서를 말한다.   국어의 어순: [ S + O / C + V ] 영어의 어순: [ S + V + O / C ] 남수는 학생 이다.    ①     ②    ③ 인수는 수진을 사랑한다.    ①       ②        ③ 그는 나에게 책을 주었다.  ①      ②     ③       ④ Namsoo is a student.      ①    ③      ② Insoo loves Sujin.   ①      ③     ② He gave me a book.  ①   ④   ②     ③ [S = Subject 주어.
